  1. nice marjanes and your lucky to have a g/f friend that is so accepting to your hobby .I do have a question where did you get the pumps on your aviator??

The red mj's are by delicious and came from www.cutesyshoes.com and the black pumps on my avatar are what I really really want and I forgot where I found them but they were around 200.00 US and am still trying to find where I found them. They are not mine yet.lol Anybody got a clue where they're at? I think it's from a company in Italy.

You are so lucky and your GF is great, it sounds like fun having her wake you each day with different heels.

Ya, she really has fun with it and always has my coffee waiting also. Lucky me huh...
  3. I suppose I was born with a passion for pretty shoes. My first best toy my mother gave me was a pair of red pumps and when I started school in 1st. grade, I starred and admired the many differend styles of girls shoes and always wondered what it would feel like to slide my feet into thoes soft patent leather shoes.Well when I found out it all came together and now at the age of 52, my girlfriend and I do not know how many pairs we own. Love our heels. Good thing we don't wear the same size.

I failed to mention like alot of other men and women here, I was about 12 or 13 when nobody was home and I snuck into my Mom's closet and slipped into a pair of white 3" pumps and I knew at that moment I was addicted. Mom's heels seem to have been pretty convenient for alot of us.LOL!
  4. I to am right up front in the beggining. I tell her that it's a part of me that is not going away and will always be there and if it goes away then a part of me also goes and that makes me not whole. Either she excepts it and enjoys it with me or asta la vista baby!

  5. That's a great story, Heeltoe, and I don't doubt that it's true. No one should doubt that a stiletto (either on or off the foot) can inflict some serious bodily damage:nurse: - especially some of those with the metal tips and/or metal trim on the toes.

But for some reason this thread just branched to the humorous side of someone chasing a burgler with a HH shoe. I think it has to do with the fact that in this day and time we could all use an extra laugh. With a collapsed spinal column, I am personally facing some serious physical problems. Yet the humor I find in this thread is often better than a pain-killer.

Besides, I hope the incident taught that nogoodnik the truth that dynamite often comes in small packages! Of course, I'm sure you understand that someone who would dare to jump into someone else's car uninvited can't be the sharpest tool in the shed. As he, no doubt, found out - getting in is one thing, but getting back out, now that's a whole different matter. :fine: Then too, it might be kinda interesting to learn how the guy was able to explain why the "Cat's Paw" trademark was imprinted so prominently on his face?:D

Another reason for me to wear heels. I'm not a very good fighter and they would be a great equilizer. lol
  6. You could get some cheap shoes at cutesyshoes (www.cutesyshoes.com). They let you choose price range in your search. Currently they have shoes from 6.99 and boots from 9.99

I have bought a few pair from them and they are great to deal with. Try this. http--www.cutesyshoes.com
  7. Here's a video of Shafted trying on some boots in DSW at Union Square:

OK Shafted, what was the girl saying that pointing at your boots? Also good to finally see a vid of a fellow heeler trying on heels in public. I see you were not escorted out of the store and cained or taken off to jail either.LOL
  8. Johnieheel, don't be ridiculous! As a non-smoker -- as in never smoked in my entire life (as I posted somewhat earlier in thie very thread) - I don't need to be preached to by the likes of you. As I stated in my post. I was just being curioius. So before you touch the smoldering wick to the powder keg....read my post before having a hissy fit.

Don't get your panties in a twist big boy. All I'm saying is if we want to breath clean air and live longer and healthier as the same for our children then we have to draw a line some where and a ban on smoking in public places I think, is a pretty good start.
  9. ROFL I'm crying, Im dying! This is way beyond amulesment

Help me to the hospital, I my never heel.

Depending on the injury Guy N. Heels, it could take some time to heel but first someone must shoe you how. Any suggestions?
  10. VERY nice

Have you been out in them yet?

Haven't got the opertunity to go out in them yet but have worn them around the house alot after my GF put them on me as my wake up call and I could wear them all day with no problem. Nice wake up call too. I might add that she wakes me up every morning slipping a different pair of shoes or boots on my feet. It's GRRRRRRRRRRRREAT!!! And thanks for the poss. comments.
  11. I can't take this any more, there's a really big shoe on tv I have to go watch. Gonna slide on out of hear, jump om my mule, go to the neighbor's, find a nice platform to sit on and watch the shoe.

  12. I can't comment on the law in the US, but the one that's about to come into force in the UK will make it illegal to smoke in indoor public places. Smoking will still be legal it's smoking in indoor public places that won't be. The sale of tobacco will be unaffected, and you can still smoke outdoors or in private places eg your home or car if you want to.

I've said before I have no problem with people smoking as long as I don't have to be exposed to the smoke.

    Chris

    I'll go along with that.
