  1. suprisingly each one of the above has been from mk one. the top ones are denim he others the cheaper leather imitation. they were all £25, but you will only find upto size 8 and thats in a big outlet like sheffield or leeds. these shoes can be bought from schuh but are a bit more expensive for the same thing with a schuh label the denim ones do look great with jeans. i like the boots, but they have a really thin sole and are quite uncomfortable to walk in after a bit, there is no cushion on the sole unline the black ones which i managed a full day in london with, and they were fine :D

  2. As promised (although long awaited) i will release some snaps of my small collection. its fun to mess with the camera :D

These are the first boots i got. My girlfriend gave them to me. They are a size 7 but due to a lot of use my sz9 feet fit perfect :(. 4.5 in heels.

These are my block boots. also 4.5in heels and v comfortable.

These are my favorite heels, 4.5in stilettos, but the boot is a tight fit which gives a nice sensation.

  3. very true, unfortunately, the world is hard to change, but like whe daft fashions arrive, the first few that start get laughed at, then after so long theres so man doing it, that noone cares anymore. I dont think there wll ever be a huge flood of men rushing out in heels, because of rstars they dont make them for me only, and not many men wold be shopping in the ladies section. What i simply meant is that to positively enlighten the majority that are unknown to the male heeling activity could be useful. daz

  4. i suppose it can be argued that high stilettos dont look so pleasing on an overweight or heavily built woman, but you try and tell some that. They must think it distracts away from their size or something, or makes them appear thinner, but i tend to disagree. Id say im the thinner end of mens frames and it would be fair to say that stilettos wouldnt look so bad on me. also i have to say ive always enjoyed heels and have been for many years so envious of how women get to wear heels as part of their everyday lives, but i couldnt without fears. Thanks to these boards ive had the courage to move the step forward. Im still a bit timid but were getting further than before. I think lucy that us lads could do with more people like you shouting your opinion on us heeled lads a bit louder. perhaps you should write to the newspapers :D daz

  5. this is interesting. My mother once said she would break the wall down if roger (her partner) walked in wearing a skirt, but i said, why. I mean for one theyre only like shorts, but more open in the middle, they still look practically the same. Maybe a flowery pattern on the skirt would look daft but then you wouldnt choose one like that. the way i see it, if skirts were made for the lads, with designs such as addidas shorts etc, they woldnt look out of place at all im my opinion. Back to topic, id like to wear knee boots or something with shorts, but cant say ive ever done it. my heels are usually well hidden daz

  6. good point. maybe i didnt get across quite what i wanted to say i simply meant, dont these guys look and think, hang on what am i missing out on, because every woman seems to have some and enjoy them, and for the everyday guy whose mens section does not encorporate such items, wouldnt it be natural for the guy to be curious and wonder what he was missing out on

  7. gene, i answered a similar thing to jim above. spacesuits arent exactly walking all around you all day long and they arent the most attracitve thing anyway. i appreciate that not everyone has a shoe fetish, but surely they must wonder or be curious about heels. The thought crossed my mind when i was once in the staffroom and a gay lad was chatting with the girls and one had just bought a pair of heeled shoes to go out in that night. and paul asked the ladies what it was like to wear the heels, and he was really curious, and they went into detail with him the older overweight ones saying how uncomfortable they are for your feet etc. If he was to wonder just because someone showed a friend theres. im sure many others would too. Its not like women dont mention shoes enough round people.

  8. i agree with the points said. i did try at early ages too. but i mean you see guys walking along with their girlfriends, gf in heekls and they dont even notice that she had a sexy walk, making lots of noise, attracting lots of attention. they must wonder surely what its like to walk in them. i wouldnt compare it to rockclimbing etc, as that is something that is available to anyone if they chose to, its an everyday item seen everywhere you look, but only on women....

  9. im not sure exactly how to put this so i hope it appears clear. But ive always wondered. We go on a trillion times of how we instantly look to womens shoes when we pass someone clicking down the street, looking hard in the shop windows etc, and it is a part of me that i do that its not something i can help. ok..... but what about say the guys who arent into our interests. Fair enough they may be more appealed to look at other assets of a woman before noticing any shoes. Fair enough they might not find heels as attractive in their minds as we addicts do because its obviously not a part of them in the same way. I understand all that. But surely these guys must sometime watch a woman clicking in her high stilettos and think, what is it like to wear them shoes, what does it feel like etc. Surely there would be some curiosity there somewhere as its not something that a normal guy would have access to from the lads shoe dept and therefore wouldnt get the chance to try. It cant be that other guys never think about it i dunno.... what do you think? just got me thinkin..... daz

  10. thats true. my stiletto boots from mk one, are fine and look fairly high with the 4.5in heel, but i coldnt help noticinfg the unbought 4's and 5's on the rack which looked a lot higher and had an arch similar to some fetish heel heights (which iis probably why no woman dared to buy :D ) daz

  11. theres loads of styles id like to wear. my choice on this would be as a woman would answer, and that i would prefer all the styles available to suit whatever i fancied for the day. sandals or wedges for the summer, boots with block or stilettos, or slingbacks for work general out, any style that took my fancy, boots, wedges, platforms even i dont mind clubbing, something high and extreme, maybe like txt's platforms or some 5.5in metal stilettos (with practice:) ) i wouldnt like to be limiting myself at all. A girl at our work recently broke a heel (because she is a bit overweight and wears stilettos and was rocking on them - hate when bigger women wear stilettos doesnt look right) she was talking of having to buy new shoes. I said why dont you just buy some flat shoes, to which she replied 'get stuffed, flat shoes are horrible'. I swiftly replied with 'imagine how men feel then' and left her with something to think about daz

  12. informative site.

backs up what ive always said how the world is sad that women can pick and choose, wear mens clothes trousers, have mens rights etc, but if a man chooses of his own will to do something considered remotely femenine, he is automatically rediculed and considered wierd or abnormal in some way.

a new member Paula HH rightly stated the following on another thread

It's also a shame that the world is like it is & if you decide as a male you want to wear skirts & heels you are automatically put into rejection without anyone questioning why you do it or how it makes you feel / how much better your day could be

it pretty much sums up how ive always felt.

  13. i hate to divert from the subject, but a 747 can take off using just 2 engines at 80% thrust, or fly/land on the power of one with yaw adjustment, therefore the power of 2- 100% static thrust 737 engines could produce the required speed level on like i said the longer runway. i wont go into exact figures- but the 747 when first produced, used engines that were only 75% as efficient as the ones used on modern 747's, and the land/takeoff performances i mentioned above was correct to the engines with the lower thrust levels as published in an aviation magazine from a boeing engineer. i assure you i have been a big fan/follower of aviation for sometime, and you will find me to be correct. sorry to intrude the subject once more daz

  14. actually the 737's engines woulsd be capable of lifting a 747, but it would require a runway 175% the standard length to create the same speed required for lift. :D nice topic above gene, very interesting. i am sure that many men would be too afraid of going into the ladies section even if large sizes were available (not including us trend opposing people as you outlined above)
