    Hello Members,

    We are now able to share with you the group hotel information for the 2008 World Heelmeet in London, February 16, 2008. You are not obligated in any way to use this hotel however we have negotiated what is considered a dynamite rate for London. From past Heelmeet experiences it is also great to have everyone in the same hotel for transportation etc. It is a great way to enjoy the new friends you make at the Heelmeet and do some group excursions around town.

    Location: You will see photo's, hotel info and map location on the website. The Thistle Euston is walking distance to Camden Town, Oxford Street shopping district. It is located one block from the Tube at the Euston Station and also the Euston Rail station is one block away.

    RATE: 98.00UKL Double per room P/N

    Rate includes.......Full English Breakfast and VAT.

    Rate Applies: Nights of Feb 14, 15, 16 and 17. For nights before or after send an email to Lealani Abbas at Thistle Euston requesting the rate for the additional nights. For example, Cathy and I will be arriving on the 13 till the 20th.

    Hi crotchhiBoots.....david Hope you're doing well? My immediate family knows, Cathy (partner 34 years) and our two adult children and their partners. Cathy and I share our enjoyment of high heel Boots out and about in public and have not hidden this from either child. My two brothers do not know however we are not very close and they know very little about our lives anyway. My sister who we are closer to knows but we do not wear our high heel Boots around her when we visit. Cheers, david & cathy

    Yup, I hear it is a great Museum. I have not been there but have always wanted to go. You had quite the week TBG, lots of great memories and you left quite a few memories for others too! Very cool. david

    So do many of the members who enjoy the heelmeet in London. We make it a vacation/journey for fun. We live in western Canada and will be there again for sure! There is plenty of time for planning and we will be posting group rate hotel information in the next week that will help make the trip more economical.

    Hi Jon and welcome. You have found the right home. You'll discover there are many members in your neck of the woods and come next february there will be a high heel invasion of your wonderful country by all of us attending the 2008 World Heelmeet on February 16, 2008 in London.     The first adventure is always the most difficult. Practice helps and you already have the courage and confidence. Don't stop there. By the time the 2008 World Heelmeet rolls around February 16, 2008 in London you will be able to freestyle all over London with us! Hope you'll be joining us. david
