Nov 2/09 Toronto Meet is getting closer. Anyone else interested in joining us? David

Any more members who want to join us in Montreal on Nov 6/09 in Montreal/Laval? Still working out the details on itinerary for the evening. Let us know what you would like to do/where to meet etc. Danielp6406 has suggested Carrefour Mall in Laval, dinner, shopping etc. We had a great get together there in early October. David

Even though just the three of us (hjt101, Lady Liberte and iloveboots) we had a great time.

Update: The Montreal meet on Nov 6 so far has 4 members confirmed. A few of us are meeting at a hotel in Laval first and driving downtown together if this helps anybody? We will have details on the meet location shortly. Let us know if you are thinking of joining us. David & Cathy

Vancouver meet for this friday (Oct 23) evening has come together nicely. 6 members are confirmed. There are 3 members meeting at the Sandman Hotel/Moxie's Restaurant on Davie at 6pm for dinner and then the main meet is at the Oasis Lounge, one block away (Davie & Thurlow 2nd floor) at 8pm. We have a table/bar stools set aside for six at this point but Michaela from the Oasis can increase this if we have any more members interested in joining us? David & Cathy

So far we have heard from quite a few members and we currently have 7 members confirmed for the Toronto meet on Monday, Nov 2nd. Love to hear from anyone else who is interested in meeting up for a fun evening of sharing experiences with other members; exploring that public heeling side with support form other members. The venue is a corner pub in downtown Toronto in the Church/Wellesley area. Some of the members are joining us at the hotel we're staying at and we are heading downtown together, let us know if this works better for you? The 7 members are 4 men and 3 ladies. Northern Ontario is not a bad place to Boot heel! A few years ago Cathy and I spent a week in the Elliott Lake, Timmins, Sudbury area and both of us wore high heel thigh Boots the entire trip.

We are in the beginning stages of planning a heel meet in Montreal for Friday, Nov 6th. Why not make plans to join us?

Wearing boots in public around here would not be a very enjoyable experience.

I need to go where there are more people, and more acceptable enviroments.

They have to be crotch high or chap boots. I have 15 pairs.

I get to wear them from late evening to the morning hours every night.

My wife finally is alright with this. But nobody else knows.

Just posted a note to Daniel in Montreal, how about a Montreal meet on friday, Nov 6th? I think we can get quite a few members and Montreal is an awesome City to heel in! You should see all the great heels and Boots in the stores there right now!! David

It was a lot of fun and yes, B2 had some absolutely incredible Boots! And lets start work on the Eastern Canada Heel Meet. We have had a Western Canada Meet in Vancouver, now time to have a Montreal or Toronto Meet. I will be in the east again November 3 -6. maybe float Nov 3 Tue evening) or 6 (friday evening) in Montreal on the "Real Life Meetings" thread as an Eastern Canada Heel Meet. A Friday evening may be the ticket. Could hold the meet in downtown Montreal in the east end of Ste Catherine Street for dinner/drinks and then hit a club afterward, i.e. Club Mado? A good Hotel for anyone from out of town would be the Hotel des Gouverneurs on Ste Catherine Est. Maybe even some of our HHPlace memebrs from NY, NH, ME and VT would like to attend? Plus, it would give me a great excuse to visit B2 again!!!

Tonight I was wearing my new "Lawrentz" boots from Spring shoes with black jeans,

a black turtleneck and black leather coat. (A new style for "Men in black" ??? )

Went to the shopping mall with another member of this board (iloveboots/David who was in town for business)

It was the first time I was heeling in public with another male heeler and it was great !

We did some "window shopping" on shoes stores (We saw an amazing pair of boots at B2 but did not buy it ...)

Too bad we don't have a "heel meet" here in Canada... That would be so cool !

Hello brave people

I am a conventional guy, have done all the usual business career stuff and worn the tie. Have always been in awe of guys who carry off wearing mens or womens high heels. Am open about many parts of my persona and sexuality but have come here to see and hear a bit more about heels. Should I worry about what people think, do people really care? Seems to me that very few of us have done brilliantly by conforming - sorry if any of you are bankers who buy heels with your bonuses! End of rant. Thanks to the people who made this place and I look forward to making and supporting new heel friends from here.

You are definately not the only boot lover here, and I agree, the higher the heel, the better.
