Hello to everyone

it is time to indulge our desires. Dream of those WOWEE boots. Think what might be if only we had the $$

i was walking through one of our higher end department stores when i saw a shop i didnt know existed.  LOUBOUTIN

in the window was a pair of drop dead gorgeous leather lace up thigh boots with a high heel. I will drop in 1 day and find out the price

but OMFG they are stunning

Melbourne's a lovely city - much changed from the sleepy backwater I lived in 20 years ago. I visited earlier this year, for the first time since the late 90s, and was stunned by the changes.  I am more used to the changes in Sydney since I tend to pass through there more often, although even so the changes in the skyline that have taken place since I went to uni there in the early 80s continues to amaze me and make me feel old....

made $600 and cleaned out a bit of the garage.

WIN WIN

on way home stopped in at shopping centre for a coffee and saw a betts shoe store. I had never been in this chain before. So In i venture

some nice shoes but almost all only to a sz 10. (Im an 11). Sales assistant grabbed 2 pairs and said these 2 i know run big. Do you want to try them. Theyre on special

tried them on. Wow. Killer heels.

Cheap as, so another pair added to the collection

The long boots are ok for a bit. But we havent warmed up properly yet. The block heels booties are more discrete due to heel but stiletto boots more exciting and actually easier to wear

the last pair is my peep toe boots and im hoping to get the courage to wear them out tonight

What a great adventure!  Thanks for sharing it with us.

I rather like the tall boots but the booties, especially the stiletto heeled ones, are stunning.

It must be nice to:

  • be out and about in heels
  • be able to walk into a store and find heels that fit
  • being out of town

If you don't wear the peep toe booties here, where are you ever gonna wear them?

I'm looking to reading about your last two days.

sitting in the Qantas Club lounge about to fly home. My feet are sore from nearly 4 days of contnuous heeling. (But what a nice feeling) Plus my bag is full with 4 new pairs.

Sitting here in my stiletto ankle boots legs crossed heels open on display. Lots of looks (more so than anwhere else ever) dont know why. Someone do a PHD thesis on yhat please

so going to board flight anf fly home in stilettos.

Also got pinged going through security magnetometer. Belt off. Shoes off. Everyone looking as i sit and remove my heels. Put them through xray and put them back on.

What a fun trip !

Sitting at my desk now. Catching up on bits n pieces

new pair of crazy heel ankle boots on with some stretch spray in them. Heel is very high, very thin and set back plus pointy toes but easy on and off and mostly comfy (except that pesky left little toe)

will post pics of my 4 new purchases soon

Those do look good!  Being at your desk, are they something you could wear in your work environment?

It sounds like you had a great trip.  Thanks for taking us along.
