I bought some Black glitter Casadei Blades.

There are more Blades on sale there still but none in black glitter style :cheeky:

Happy New Year everyone!

I ordered shoes like that from Maxstar (http://www.maxstarstore.com). They are a korean company and their support and delivery was excellent. I wanted the non-wedge ones attached below in the black version but those weren't on the site at the time. So contacted them to ask about the black ones and they told me to order any other color and explain in the comment with the order I wanted the black ones. And I got the black ones delivered as I asked for.

Size-wise I ordered them in US10 (Women) and they fit great. Their conversion table states US10 as 41,5 EU and it's spot on in my opinion. I absolutely love them and they are very comfortable to wear. Even wear them to work since the look unisex to me. :-)

I currently have two pair of L.A.M.B Freeda wedge sneaks. (different colours). Very cool shoes to walk in, quite high – full 5” heel. I wear them out and about all the time. Not too many looks but a whole lot of feel good walking.

I just discovered the dunk sky hi. I am a mens size 11.5, so I was lucky to find a women's 12 which surprisingly fits!  I wore them outside for the first time last week and love walking around in them

I got some a while back, they're really good at boosting your confidence under some jeans, no one can see they look just like sneakers, I just wish they look more like high tops than having that heel tip stick out.

I agree...if tha back part was totally straight they would be perfect...

have you tried the nike air max revolution sky high?? i got a pair of these too and the back does not stick out so much, but they seem to be somehow high as sneakers..but very comfy

I have small, but growing set of Dunk Sky Hi's, and two pairs of Adidas Sneaker Wedges. I even found a pair of Converse wedges (not the All Star -- still looking for those), and pair of Keds wedges. Here's the collection right now:

Nice! I'm looking for a pair like those; Nike Outlet/Factory Store? I have a few on watch on eBay right now.

wow inquisitor, you sure have a nice collection...

some models I like, while honestly some others I find to be too feminine, but oh welll to each his own...

I like the first pair you posted, that pair which is sort of converse like. it seems the wedge is well hidden and they do not have the heel tip showing, where did you get them??

When I first started seeing hidden wedge sneakers on various sites I thought, "How pointless." But, I find as I get older, my confidence in wearing heels on the street has diminished, though I still like the feel of a heel and being a bit taller. Enter the Classics by Buffalo 2208 (solestruck.com). DSC00007.JPG It comes in men's sizes to 13, and has a 3 1/2 inch hidden wedge heel -- see the arrow on the photo. To the casual eye, they look like flat boots, but there are differences: the arches bulge up more, they look smaller than my other shoes -- when I opened the box I thought they had shipped the wrong size, and someone watching closely might detect that my legs are longer and my ankles bend a bit higher than they should (mostly noticable with shorts). So, I get heels, height, no stares, and by getting used to wearing them out of the house, they give me back of bit of the confidence I've lost, so that when I wear "real heels," they will feel natural and I'll feel more confident. Think of them as confidence training wheels/heels.

Looks exactly like the ones I bought.  I've worn them to the grocery store, library, and to dinner with a friend who knows about my heeling and would notice the height difference but wouldn't say a word.

I've occasionally worn them at home, but one of the tongue seams creates a huge dimple, even with medium thickness socks.  I fear any prolonged wear would wear a nice gash and accompanying scab in my leg.

Those who really care about us don't make a fuss about what we wear. Those who make a fuss about what we wear really don't care about us.

Those look amazing. How high is the heel, if not 6 inches? Is that just the height to the top of the boot? I have some boots with hidden heels about 4 inches. They aren't so nice to wear as other heels but they allow me to wear heels in many circumstances when a real heel might not be a good idea!
