Shortly thereafter we will have the details on events, hotels, etc. It is beginning to look more and more like Las Vegas in April from the results to date. Look forward to seeing everyone there! No matter what you wear, you'll just "blend-in" - I've not heard it mentioned before, but, perhaps wasn't looking in the right place. No matter what you wear, you'll just "blend-in" - I've not heard it mentioned before, but, perhaps wasn't looking in the right place. This year, the Folsom Street Fair® is scheduled for Sunday, September 25, 2011 from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. I had never heard of it before, but checked it out here. That's not a bad idea at all for at least an informal meet, and in fact, looks like it might be kind of cool. I know the entire US Federal Gov't requires its workers to submit leave plans before 15FEB and preferably before 1FEB. I have to think that many private companies are the same way.If, for example, this meet were to take place in mid-April, say 15 APR, well, that's 90 days from tomorrow. There is a decent chance I could make a mid April meet in LV if I could plan around it NOW. I was able to book a three-week trip around South America with my wife through four countries and eleven different airports using Kayak's website and a credit card. I'm not sure how a convention is booked but I'd think there would be keen competition for our business. What do you think?? The poll is now closed and the end result is "Las Vegas" and the month will be "april" as this garnered the most votes from the poll here and bootshare. The first four days in las Veges arriving on the 7th and we will be attending parts of the gathering as it was not hard to fill up the itinerary of things we wanted to see and do.
