i dont even know myself. i had never wore heels of any height let alone 7.5''. it took 3.5hrs to complete 5 miles which includes stops to talk to sponsors and curious people. i had no muscle pain and only 3 small blisters. i can only presume that i have strong legs. just to inform you i intend to do a 10 mile walk next year to raise money for the Cancer research charity. i think the chosen shoe will be a PLEASER KISS 209 which has a 6'' heel and 1.75'' platform. there is also the advantage that the insole has thick padding. keep an eye on the forum for the date of the walk
